Helmsman certification is required and proficiency must be shown by scheduling a "helmsman certification" exam with our office. Sailors must at all times wear a Coast Guard approved
PFD (Personal Floatation Device) better known as a life jacket. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on MDICSC boats at any time. Our staff reserves the right to refuse use of any of our vessels or require a boat back to its mooring at any time.
